To join Distraal's dropshipping service, you need to create an account and activate a subscription. Once your subscription is active, you will gain access to the product database, order processing, and system integration.
Orders can be submitted either manually via the Distraal panel or automatically through the API. For API-based orders, sufficient Wallet balance is required.
Distraal accepts payments via iDEAL, Bancontact, and credit cards. SEPA or manual bank transfers are not supported.
If your subscription is not renewed by the end of the billing period, your access to the API and panel will be suspended automatically.
Orders cannot be canceled once they are created. Please double-check all information before submitting an order.
Distraal accepts returns only in cases where the error is on our side. In such cases, we cover all return costs. Other returns are accepted only if the product is resellable, excluding shipping costs.
You can cancel your subscription anytime via your Distraal user panel. The cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.
Content provided by Distraal can only be used to promote and sell products listed on our platform. It may not be shared with third parties or used after your partnership ends. All responsibility for brand and copyright compliance lies with the partner.
Yes. Distraal operates in full compliance with the EU GDPR regulations. Customer data is never shared with third parties.
Distraal does not suggest or enforce any retail prices. Partners are free to set their own prices.
Product data is integrated into your store via a CSV file. Stock and prices are updated hourly. Orders can be submitted either manually or via the API.
Distraal ships from two warehouses located in the Netherlands and France. Delivery time depends on the country and origin warehouse. Most European deliveries are completed within 1 to 5 business days.
Currently, Distraal provides API access for integration. All platform integrations must be handled by your IT team. However, we are preparing dedicated plugins for WooCommerce and Shopify. In the meantime, we are happy to assist you; please open a support ticket for integration help.
